About Us

Novelista started off as a dream of mine whilst owning a small handmade craft business. I experienced many frustrations over the years from high seller fees, to not being seen and generally feeling like I had little to no support on the platforms I was selling on. As time went on and fees got higher, I felt so disheartened that I kept having to raise my prices, but I was seeing a decline in my sales due to this and then decided that I would put my prices back down, but this resulted in me seeing no profit at all and for a small business that was a problem. It was after these frustrations I decided to close my small business and start pouring every I had in to working on Novelista. As a company we strive to be a sustainable business and fully encourage our sellers to reduce plastic and do their part. Our mission is to provide our customers a unique buying experience with real people who pour their heart in to providing out of this world items.
